Frequently Asked Questions
What information do I need to get my car towed?
We will need to know the location of your vehicle, the type of vehicle you have, year, make, model, color, location of the keys, and the address and business of where your car is being towed, what is wrong with the vehicle, your phone number and how you are paying.
What are your hours of operation?
We tow vehicles 24 hours a day 7 days a week, open all holidays including Christmas. Our office is open Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Can you bill me?
All invoices are due at time of service, unless the repair shop you are having it towed to has an account with us. If you are in an accident, more than likely the insurance company will pay the bill.
What is a fuel surcharge?
Since the rise in prices of fuel we have implemented a fuel surcharge to help make up for the fluctuation in fuel prices, rather than changing our rates all the time.
Do I have to be with the vehicle?
No, you do not need to be with the vehicle as long as you leave the keys with the car and let us know how you are paying.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, company checks, debit or credit cards (Discover, American Express, Mastercard, and Visa).
Can you bill my insurance company?
At this time we do not bill insurance companies. You must pay for the service up front and submit the paid invoice to your insurance.
What happens if I no longer want the vehicle?
If you no longer want the vehcile, you can turn over the title for towing and storage.
What happens if the owner is in jail?
If the owner of the vehicle is in jail you will need to get a inmate property release form. It must state the inmates name, what vehicle/items you are retrieving, who is retrieving those items, and a signature of a witnessing officer. You will also need your ID with you when you come to get these items.
